Catering CoordinatorCancer Treatment Centers of America - Zion, ILComplete Description Plans and directs all activities related to special functions and catering; including menu planning, pricing, set-up, delivery, break down and charging. Responsible for preparation and setup of small functions including continental, cold entre's, fruit, meat, vegetable, and cheese trays, bread and danish baskets. Responsible for monthly in-services according to JACHO/IDPH guidelines, maintains employee in-services records and provides documentation to Education. Overtime maybe required during peak times and special functions. Some weekends maybe required for functions.
