This position is responsible for legal issues affecting the Global Corporate Trust division of U.S. Bank. U.S. Bank is one of the premier corporate trustees in the nation. Corporate Trust services client accounts in a wide variety of capacities including acting as trustee for public finance, structured finance and corporate finance transactions. The Corporate Trust business line also acts in a variety of other capacities including transfer agent, paying agent, collateral document custodian, backup servicer, administrative agent and escrow agent. Primary duties for this position include review and negotiation of municipal financing transaction documents and other documents related to transactions.
