Team Supervisor-Data CenterBJC Healthcare - Saint Louis, MOThe Team Supervisor provides supervision and direction to Information Services Customer Support Technicians within Desktop Support Services, the Customer Support Center, User Access, and/or Data Center Operations teams. The Team Supervisor ensures high quality customer support is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with BJC Information Services policies, standards, and guidelines. This position will identify, document, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel as required to provide optimum service level delivery.
