Early Intervention Physical TherapistCommunity Bridges - Concord, NHBusy Early Intervention Program seeks a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist. Our program serves children (and their families) living in greater Merrimack County, from birth through age three who have developmental delays. Services are home and community based and family centered. Responsibilities include providing developmental assessments, therapy, case coordination, consultation, and providing family education and support. Experience with pediatric population, home visiting, current professional license, and a valid NH driver's license required.
