Job Purpose: To prep and prepare all foods for the daily business in a continuous consistent manner according to Company guidelines. Job Functions: Perform a variety of food preparation duties daily, including meat, vegetables, speciality items such as mushrooms, breads, etc... Perform other kitchen duties as needed including maintenance and cleaning. Personal appearance to meet company standards and policy, displaying professionalim at all times. Ensure all Sanitation, Safety and Security Policies and Procedures are recognized and enforced, to ensure a safe environment for all.
