Aerospace Centerless Grinding OperatorComputer Merchant - Sylmar, CAPosition Summary: set-up and operate `CINCINNATTI` centerless grinding machine un small batch of blanks on machine, and coach trainees. Purpose: to prepare forged blank bolts into close tolerance machined parts ready for thread rolling, machine parts per process sketch following established procedures. Essential Functions: Install grinding and feed wheels on machine, position accessory tooling, balance, dress and adjust grinding wheel, using dresser with or without cams. Operate the machine. Visually and dimensionally check samples. Enter production and quality data in computer reporting system.
