NURSING COORDINATOR (Assistant Manager)Advocate Health Care Network - Chicago, ILEnsure cost effective coordination and continuity of quality patient care within unit in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team, provides direction and support in the achievement and monitoring of identified patient outcomes for a defined patient population. To support the clinical and management leadership role by participating in implementation of the nursing process, staff development, and enhancement of the quality of patient care.
