The mission of the department is to provide comprehensive support to all represented Siemens Operating Companies for transactional taxes including: sales and use taxes, property taxes, business licensees; 1042 compliance, and annual reports. Major areas of responsibility include: sales and use tax audit defense, reverse audits, tax consulting, tax planning, tax accounting and special projects to achieve assigned departmental and company objectives and targets.
