Tax ManagerPricewaterhouseCoopers - Raleigh, NCThe PricewaterhouseCoopers Carolina's Market Tax practice is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Raleigh office location. Successful candidate will have experienced facilitating, supervising and reviewing federal and state income tax returns process (including quarterly estimates and extensions), income tax information gathering and data analysis, IRS and state audits, FAS 109 compliance, quarterly transfer pricing calculation and documentation. Successful candidates will have a strong technical tax background resulting from having six or more years of experience in advising companies on their federal tax issues in the areas of tax planning and compliance.
