Chief Development OfficerMarshfield Clinic - Marshfield, WIThe Chief Development Officer (CDO) is the administrative head of the Department of Resource Development for the Marshfield Clinic. The CDO provides leadership to facilitate the philanthropic needs of Marshfield Clinic. The position reports to the Clinic's President. Responsibilities include: plan and direct all aspects of the Resource Development department including strategic planning, fundraising and relationships with donors and potential donors; guide and participate in the Prospect Management process to ensure coordination of major gift cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities; prepare and present Development reports to Clinic boards and committees; administer the department in a manner consistent with the Clinic's mission.
