Participate in agency brainstorming sessions. Maintain media kit files. Update charts and graphs for presentations. Match invoices for television buys. File insertion orders, purchase authorizations and client correspondence. Intern would also be expected to perform other general office duties such as copying, faxing, errands, setting up for meetings, restocking snack bar, answering phones, etc. The company is a small firm and the media intern will have the opportunity to learn from both senior leadership and recent college graduates.
