The YMCA Board is looking for an individual who is committed to continuing to grow and establish the YMCA in Siskiyou County. The CEO must be the professional face of the YMCA in the community. In addition, given the limited number of staff, the new CEO must be able to cultivate, recruit, train and utilize a large number of program and policy volunteers to help carry out the work of the YMCA in Siskiyou County.
