A large medical practice in St. Charles is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to fill an immediate opening. The position will be working Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-4:30. The job duties include: answering a high volume of incoming calls, entering patient information into the database, and scheduling appointments for 3 busy physicians. The qualified candidate must be available to work every Monday and Tuesday, have prior reception or office support experience, (especially a medical office or medical terminology), have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with data entry, and have a stable work history.
