Must be capable of interacting with trading desks, portfolio managers, risk management, among others. The role will require a team leader with strong communication skills who is capable of organizing and prioritizing projects, as well as providing support to more junior members of the team in the development of strategic solutions and infrastructure/platform initiatives. Strong knowledge in risk analytics, trading and pricing for a residential mortgage and other whole loan products. The candidate needs to be a self starter capable of solving problems and managing the construction of pricing and risk models from start to finish.
