Emerald Necklace Conservancy - Jamaica Plain, MAInternship Opportunity Project Assistant,3 days/week The Emerald Necklace Conservancy is a small non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, maintaining and protecting the historic Emerald Necklace parks in Boston and Brookline, Massachusetts. We work in partnership with the parks owners (Boston, Brookline and the Commonwealth) on a broad range of maintenance and restoration projects that enhance the parks. Projects range from large-scale woodland restoration to one-time volunteer events doing raking, removing weeds or painting park benches. We are a very busy, 6-person office doing exciting work.
