Corporate Real Estate AttorneyAmerican Tower - Woburn, MAThe Corporate Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for representing American Tower in developing, acquiring and preserving the companys assets by providing legal analysis and services, addressing escalated zoning compliance issues and resolving issues in a timely and financially prudent manner. The incumbent will conduct sophisticated zoning and legal analysis on new construction, potential assets for acquisition, and proposed Outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and document findings. The incumbent will ensure that American Tower continues to set the standard and further enhances its position as the industry leader in zoning practices.
