There are currently 6 Hospitalists employed in this growing area. ICU work with specialty back up avaliablility 24/7. They are offering an excellent compensation package including $10k Transition Advance, $192,400 1st year salary, work RVU Compensation Model beggining year 2, and Loan Repayment: Up to $90,000 over three years. New Electronic Medical Record is now being implemented. They have 65 Adult ICU beds, 4 Pediatric ICU beds, and 22 Neonatal ICU beds. The hospital has 26 operating rooms plus 10 more in an outpatient surgery center. The hospital serves 550K people. The ER sees over 80k per year and is the busiest ER in the state of Tennessee.
