Warranty Administrator IL-3 Communications Holdings - Madison, MSDevelops and maintains a warranty administration system which ensures maximum return from warranty claims. Negotiates working agreements with selected vendors. Accumulates data and maintains copies of records and vendor policy statements necessary to substantiate warranty claims. Negotiates claims and settlements for labor and material costs when rework and replacements are not specifically covered by established agreements. Coordinates all warrant actions with other departments. Knowledge-Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards.
