FCAW Fitter - WelderEagle Technology Group - Pleasant Prairie, WIAS AN EXPERIENCED FITTER YOU WILL HAVE: Minimum 3 yrs specific Fitting experience with mild steel ranging from 1/4" to 1" thickness; Excellent print reading of standard fabricating drawings; Ability to fit, tack and perform leakproof, penetrant-tested welding using FCAW in the following wire diameters: .035, .045 and 1/16" (mainly 1/16 and .045); GMAW MIG welding experience; ability to use hand torches for cutting as needed for proper fit; ability to perform simple layout for locations of holes, notches, etc, as needed in Fitting process. FCAW welders with some set-up experience or ability are encouraged to apply. Attitude is everything! Welders should be previously certified in at least one of the processes in the flat position.
