POSITION SUMMARY Under supervision, primary cutter/draper and patternmaker for Teatro ZinZanni. A high level of independent judgment, initiative and problem solving skills are required. Interprets Costume Designers renderings Drapes, cuts and patterns costumes to be constructed Fits patterned costumes and alters patterns as necessary, or supervises these tasks Determines materials list for garment needs Determines garment construction procedures Maintains inventory records Supervises and instructs stitchers and interns in Costume Production Managers absence Oversees preparation of existing costumes for Changeovers Maintains costumes during Show run Attends weekly Department meetings Performs other related duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS Four years related experience in garment...
