PHARMACISTCatholic Healthcare West - Bakersfield, CAA minimum of two years as a hospital Pharmacist with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical capacity. Experience will be evaluated. High School Diploma or equivalent; Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy. Valid current license as a registered Pharmacist in the State of California. Good working knowledge of a unit dose system, and IV admixture program as well as TPN and nutrition issues. Must possess good clinical abilities, which include proficiency in kinetics and medication dosing.
