Manager of Distribution OperationsMillipore - Burlington, MAJOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the NA Manager of Distribution, you will be responsible for managing all facets of Millipores Northeast Distribution Center Operations. The Distribution Manager will direct, coordinate and plan the warehouse storage and distribution of products and materials with a working knowledge of refrigerated and frozen commodities.The position requires management of staff responsible for various distribution functions, including shipping (pick/pack/ship); receiving; inventory control, storage, import/export; warehouse equipment maintenance; materials management; project management; and budgeting. Primary Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse. Directs the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives.
