Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs & President & Chief Operating Officer The Senior Associate Dean will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic, organizational and financial plans in support of the vision and mission of the RWJ Medical Group, the faculty practice of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, one of the largest multispecialty groups in New Jersey. Responsibilities will include practice management and evaluation, developing and maintaining relationships with area hospitals and with community physicians in a pro-active manner.
