Food Service Supervisor-DaysHealthONE - Atlanta, GAPosition Summary: To assure that internal and external customers receive safe, wholesome, quality food items served in an attractive and timely fashion. Qualifications A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Serve - Safe Certified within 6 months of hire. B. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Diet tech classes helpful, but not mandatory. C. Experience: 6-12 months experience desirable. D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Skills in math, language, and reasoning. Need to be congenial and cooperative with all nutrition services and nursing personnel. Good telephone etiquette, organizational skills, and have attention to detail. Must be able to perform several tasks simultaneously during peak times. Computer and Nutrition knowledge helpful. Food safety knowledge.
