The position will build and advance the company's new food research and development program for their fortified food products from concept through commercialization. Develop new fortified food-based product applications (bakery, diary, ice cream, fortified bars), beverage, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals market. Human nutrition program using the applications of: Egg-shell membranes, Mineral Based, Herbal Based, Lipids Based.
