Job Title: Supervisor Department: Bakery
Summary: Supervises the production operations on a daily basis, organized work load weekly. Organized production and setting up of the stations for the daily productions. Checking on Standard Operation Procedures SOP's, Good Manufacturing Practice GMP's and OSHA's guidelines for safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Organizes the work load for the day, the requirement of raw ingredients and packaging materials. Check all parameter of all equipment setup for daily production ( ovens, mixers, depositors, divider, process tank, air compressor, sprayer.
