FACILITY SPECIFICS: We are a 180 bed facility with an average age of 65 yrs old. Due to our Kaiser contract we have a number of "younger" patients with a variety of medical conditions and we see a lot of ortho and neuro patients from 38 to 101 years old. We are located in Tarzana, in the San Fernando Valley, about 25 miles from LA and beaches. We are also about 1 hour away from mountains and the desert. We have 3 P.T.'s, 1 has been here 8 yrs, 1 has been here 7 yrs, and the other 2 yrs, we have 2 PTA's, 1 has been here 8 yrs and the other 7 yrs, we have 2 OTR's, 1 has been here over a year and the other is new, 1 SLP that has been her 7 years and...
