Sr Principal Antenna Designer (SH)Raytheon - Tucson, AZDescription:Position Summary:n Senior Principal Antenna Designer will be involved with the design, fabrication, testing, troubleshooting and optimization of state-of-the-art single element antennas and multi-aperture, multi-band, and multi-mode arrays and radomes. Will lead teams through complex development and production recovery tasks. Collaborate with program management in developing antenna and radome technologies that enable new capabilities for our customers. Advance antenna and radome technology by proposing new IRAD projects and writing technical papers for presentation at internal and external symposia.
