Our client, a global high tech manufacturer, is seeking an attorney who will join a legal team that is responsible for directly counseling management on the broad range of government contracting issues that drive this business worldwide. This attorney can expect to handle the key issues related to domestic and international military sales, teaming and subcontracting agreements, contract compliance, cost reimbursement issues, delays, procurement integrity, bid protests, internal investigations involving DCAA and DCMA compliance, and dispute resolution, to name the most common issues.
