Responsible for the identification of best value qualified aerospace candidate subcontractors to perform build-to-print manufacturing in designated countries of interest. Assess candidate subcontractor's expertise and make recommendations for potential award to senior management. Work with international subcontractors to mature their processes to ensure the successful start-up and ramp-up of their production capabilities.
