Sales Engineering Sr. ManagerXO Communications - Herndon, VAJob Responsibilities: General Summary: The Sales Engineering Sr. Manager will help facilitate sales revenue realization through the design and implementation of solutions used to solve customer telecommunications needs as well as to act as an advocate/ point of contact for sales teams in region in driving technical sales engineering engagements. Responsible for the consistent evaluation and development of Sales Engineers in order to meet the revenue initiatives of the business unit. Act as a resource and source of escalation for both pre- and post-sales issues for Enterprise customers and complex sales. Improve the consistency and skill level of all sales engineers by evaluating skill levels, coordinating training activity, and developing internal and external certification expectations.
