Fast growing national commercial construction company is seeking to hire a senior level construction estimator with 8+? years of experience for its general contracting division.? Focusing on new construction - in the public and private sectors - the successful candidate will have a strong history of cost estimating and subcontractor purchasing for jobs up to $100 million.?
Duties:
* Prepares construction budget by studying construction documents; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation.?
* Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements.?
