Patent Agent
We are seeking a registered patent agent to work in our IP department, in collaboration with engineering teams and outside patent counselors to build our companyas IP foundation and licensing strategies. Ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in Electrical Engineering and/or Physics. Essential Duties The primary responsibilities of the patent agent include: * Secure Companyas IP by working closely with the R&D group, evaluate IP landscapes around R&D projects, and set a process to efficiently protect new innovations. * File and prosecute patent applications, and maintain exiting IP portfolio. * Work with external patent counselors. * Establish the foundation and process to license and protect the technology to direct and indirect...
