Quincy, MAUnder supervision, provides a safe environment for all clients by monitoring activity and taking active part as necessary to promote healthier functioning. Encourages, supervises, and supports clients as they attend a variety of therapeutic and educational programs/groups designed to prepare them for community living. Monitors assigned clients in rehabilitative and recreational programs and makes verbal reports to person in charge. Accompany clients to appointments outside the facility. Communicate observations and relevant information to charge nurse regarding patient status. Complete daily documentation on assigned patients utilizing facility format.
