Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Store Visits - Create and empower Store Teams to maintain visual merchandising standards through weekly or monthly visits to all regional accounts. Merchandise floor, install windows and interior concepts, take digital pictures, troubleshoot visual issues and educate sales staff. Oversee and execute floor moves. Create opportunities to evolve the impact of store visuals and communicate ideas within the Visual Team and Visual partners.
