Machinist
Assist in fabrication of various components to include machining precision piece parts. Maintains and operates metal working equipment. Assignments may include all other duties as assigned. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems in various types of equipment. Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher level technician and work is reviewed for specific compliance with accepted practices and work assignments. May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate or equivalent.
