Claims ManagerMDX Hawaii - Honolulu, HIUnder the general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Claims Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the day-to-day operations of the department responsible for administration of self-insured and TPA medical and temporary disability insurance claims. Oversight includes, but is not limited to adjudication functions such as COB and TPL with stringent accuracy and timeliness standards. Responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures while ensuring and evaluating the operational effectiveness of the department.
