SENIOR INSURANCE COVERAGE ATTORNEY A global property and casualty insurer is seeking a senior level coverage attorney for its Coverage Practice Group in New York. Responsibilities include litigation of complex, high profile suits and analysis of coverage related issues; prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions from inception through conclusion; drafting coverage opinions. Additional responsibilities include providing technical advice to other attorneys in the Group and assisting with the development and growth of the Coverage Practice Group. A qualified candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of strong insurance coverage litigation experience, as well as excellent writing and communication skills.
