Position Summary: Marketing Intern will experience various functions within a mutual fund and ETF marketing department. Ideally looking for someone to work 15-20 hours/week. Essential Job Functions: 1)Help update website with articles and quarter end data 2)Submit projects through compliance and track status 3)Develop some collateral and update existing collateral 4)Create a history of company advertising. 5)Proof read projects prior to press 6)Scan project approvals into Marketing Central and bring system up-to-date by year end. 7)Depending on skill set, may also work with Business Intelligence to update tables, charts and sales tracking reports. 8)Some marketing administration work, such as invoice processing.
