Follow up with customer service on endorsements ? Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers ? Generate quotes on behalf of agents ? Maintain customer files in Agency Management System ? Open incoming mail ? Assist with direct mailers and newsletters ? Maintain supply of all forms, form letters and office supplies ?
