Design, develop, and successfully open new stores all within labor, margin, and construction budgets. Develop and maintain regional based programs and sub departments such as scratch bread baking, confectionary and nut roasting. Facilitate and build vendor relationships with many local and international suppliers, as well as negotiating and refining cost structures for both commodity and finished goods. Mentor team members into leadership positions such as Bakery Associate Coordinators and Team Leaders.
