Provide ?smart-hands? on-site support in respect of servers and network infrastructure equipment for Firm IS teams. Provide support for Firm IS teams in the evaluation, testing, piloting, implementation, troubleshooting and support of Firm hardware, software and infrastructure; participate in projects and pilots.
