Assistant Service ManagerPep Boys - Minneapolis, MNReports directly to the Service Manager. In the absence of the Service Manager, supervises and directs non-exempt employees in the service center. The First Assistant Service Manager is responsible for effective operation of the service center to include; sales, productivity and profitability and is responsible for ensuring that the service center operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal and state regulations. Works closely with the Service Manager to achieve overall sales and operational objectives.
