Summary of Functions:
Serves patrons in the sports lounge by performing the following functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide constant, attentive and friendly service to customers, greets guests in appropriate manner.
Serve and refill beverages to customer.
Clear dirtied dishes and glassware from occupied tables in a quick and timely manner.
Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean; neat work area with adequate supply level.
Maintain a clean and stocked beverage station.
Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to shift supervisor.
Maintains confidential daily record keeping of tips.
Attend all training meetings.
Assist in other projects, as directed.
