Business Process Improvement Leader (18657BR)Covance - Indianapolis, INCurrently, we are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to join our Covance team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Black Belt with Covance, you will act as the fully trained Six Sigma expert responsible for being a change catalyst, leading improvement teams and working projects across businesses as part of the Covance Six Sigma initiative. During this full time assignment, you will 1). Complete a minimum of 2 Black Belt (cross-site, cross-functional and/or larger in scope) projects, 2.) coach and mentor Green Belts from multifunctional cross site units (leading/guiding 15-20 projects at any given time), and 3). train Six Sigma classes (including team member, overview and Green Belt classes) in order to show proficiency in all the Six Sigma tools and statistical analyses.
