Coordinates and evaluates daily operations and maintains staff resources to ensure the delivery of quality patient care on the unit. Assists the program manager with establishing the goals for the unit to provide patient focused quality care, patient satisfaction and cost efficient care. This Assistant Manager is for our Cardiopulmonary Rehab Depart. Must be an RN or Exercise Physiologist with previous Cardiac Rehab experience. Cardiopulmonary Leadership experience is desired.
