  1-Manages activities associated with collecting overdue payments for cable, internet, or telephony accounts from customers, issuance of credit to customers, as well as managing activities associated with identifying and recoursing telephony fraud. 2-Continuously investigates and employs cutting edge technology in order to increase the ability to collect from customers and save customers. Implements and communicates an overall system credit strategy designed to minimize risk of bad debt write off. 3-Maintains customer service standards as established through existing measures and procedures, plus those that may be developed through the introduction of new products and services. 4-Develop, implement, and monitor collection activity in the billing system, ensuring their accuracy.
