This team is responsible for the company\'s SEC filings, FAS 123r calculations and compliance, and managing the company\'s purchase accounting for a historically active acquisition program. T he individual will take on a significant role within the Corporate Reporting team - primarily with respect to supporting M&A accounting and SEC filings.
