  * Responsible for hiring, initial and ongoing training and retention of effective Collector staff, including supervisory personnel * Oversee Supervisor efforts to manage and make solid legal decisions/strategies, including providing clear instructions that comply with Federal, Client and Firm policies and procedures * Complete all applicable development documentation of Supervisors, including monthly, quarterly and annual reviews; oversee all applicable development documentation of additional Collections staff, including monthly, quarterly and annual review * Resolve escalated complaint calls in a courteous and professional manner * Report all oral & written complaints to the Practice Area Attorney so that it can be determined if the complaint is to be logged * Create and managethe...
