Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist
This position will focus on assuring that the consumer products manufactured and/or distributed by Sun Products Corporation comply with established federal, state, local, and foreign regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proofread and audit finished product labels and any other finished product literature to assure compliance with:
a. Environmental labeling guidelines
b. Food & Drug Administration
c. Fair Packaging and Labeling Act regulations
d. Foreign labeling regulations
e. Weights and Measures regulations in the US and countries of export
f. Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations
g. Maintain and update Standard Copy in conjunction with the sales departments
h. Verification in conjunction with legal counsel adequate documentation for all label claims.
